Multilevel Approval Work flow


I am having problem with following issue

i work around to find solution but i couldbt get the concrete solution

i want to impelemt following process for custom list

    • When Item added in list
 
        1. Edit item disable for employee and president and enable for superior.
        2. Task will be create for superior to approve/reject list item
 
            1. IF  Superior approve task after checking list item
                1. Task will be created for president to approve/ reject list item
                  1. Edit Item Will be disable for superior and enable for president
            • IF President approve task after checking list item
              • Workflow will be complete
              • Edit Item will be disable for        
                                Employee/superior/president
            • IF task = reject by president
              • Edit Item will be disable for president and enable for superior.
              • Step 2) will be process.
 
            1. IF Superior reject task after checking list item
                1. Task will be created for Employee  to approve/ reject list item
                2. Edit Item Will be disable for superior and president
                  1. IF Task = approved by Employee
                  2. Step 1) will be process
Please give me solution if anyone knwo about it in detail explination !!
